1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item
  • The item meets our return conditions (unused, original packaging unless defective)
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

2. Refund Approval Process

All refunds are subject to inspection once the returned item is received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests based on item condition
  • Request additional information (photos, videos, etc.)

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or worn items (unless defective)
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence

We will offer:

  • A full refund, or
  • A free replacement (based on your preference)

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

We do not support refunds to alternative accounts.


6. Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

7. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Item not in original condition
  • Missing parts not due to our error
  • Returned after the allowed return period (case-by-case basis)

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours are eligible for a full refund
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but may be returned after delivery

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We reserve the right to dispute the claim
  • Your account may be restricted from future purchases
